It seems with ever Microsoft product offering, controversy soon follows. Microsoft Smart Tags, used to link words on a web site to specific outside web sites without the webmaster's consent, this the newest issue. Simply, Microsoft will insert links where links were not intended to go, a feature that is, by default, turned off through Office XP and not offered at this time through the newly introduced Windows XP operating system.
